New Focus for LiAngelo Ball with LKL Season Now Over

on

The Lithuanian experiment is now over for the Ball family as they head back to the states. For NBA Draft hopeful, LiAngelo Ball, this means a shift in priorities and a laser-sharp focus on the Pro Basketball Combine.

It’s been just over a month since LiAngelo announced his intentions to enter the 2018 NBA Draft. With a stellar showing for BC Vytautas this season as a 19-year-old rookie, LiAngelo proved he can more than hold his own in a professional league.

In 14 games, LiAngelo averaged 12.6 points in only 21.2 minutes. That equates to an impressive 21.4 PER 40 average.

Now, LiAngelo, with the help of his father, LaVar and uncle LaValle, will train tirelessly for the Pro Basketball Combine, which is held at IMG Academy located in Bradenton, Florida. The event will take place May 22-23rd and LiAngelo will have the opportunity to have a more personable experience with less players than the regular NBA Combine.

By making this move to declare, LiAngelo can make it two years in a row where LaVar’s children are drafted — and possibly to the same team.

Will we hear LiAngelo’s name called by the Lakers in the 2018 NBA Draft?
